Baylor's Department of Entrepreneurship and Corporate Innovation invites applications and nominations for a Lecturer position (non-tenure-track). Interested applicants with a strong record of teaching in the area of entrepreneurship and corporate innovation are encouraged to submit their materials. The successful candidate will begin employment in August 2026.
We are open to all teaching and research specializations in entrepreneurship and innovation including the startup process, technology entrepreneurship, new venture finance, social entrepreneurship, family business, global new ventures, corporate entrepreneurship, social venturing, and technology commercialization. The ability to teach strategic management is a plus.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess a Doctoral or Master’s degree in entrepreneurship or a related field. The ideal candidate will also have practical experience in entrepreneurship or innovation. Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications. Candidates must have significant teaching accomplishments in entrepreneurship or a related field. Publications in peer-reviewed journals in accordance with AACSB's Scholarly Academic qualification are desirable.
