Usual Duties
Teach four (4) undergraduate classes each semester based on departmental needs (online, or face-to-face). This position also carries a service expectation focused on student recruitment and prospective student engagement
Degree Requirements
Candidates must have a masters degree in criminal justice or a closely related academic field.
Experience Requirements
Preference will be given to candidates who have experience as a criminal justice professional and/or who have proficiency in teaching criminal justice courses (college or university). Additionally, preference will be given to those who posses online instructional experience.
Other Requirements For The Position
The successful candidate will receive a nine-month contract for the academic year and may be issued a separate contract in summer.
