The Lecturer is responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, mentoring students, contributing to curriculum development, and participating in academic research. The role also involves supporting departmental goals through research, academic guidance, and institutional service.
Responsibilities

Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions according to the curriculum and academic schedule.

Develop, revise, and update course materials, lesson plans, and assessment tools to enhance learning outcomes.

Evaluate student progress through assignments, quizzes, examinations, and practical evaluations.

Supervise and guide undergraduate and postgraduate students on research projects and dissertations.

Conduct original research in pharmaceutical sciences and clinical research, and publish results in reputable journals.

Provide academic counseling, mentoring, and career guidance to support student development and success.

Participate actively in departmental meetings, curriculum reviews, and institutional quality assurance processes.

Assist in planning and organizing academic seminars, workshops, and conferences to promote scholarly activities.

Contribute to research and development initiatives undertaken by the institute to advance scientific knowledge.
