Job Description – LED Project Sales Executive
The LED Project Sales Executive is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing sales opportunities in the LED lighting and project solutions sector. The role involves building relationships with consultants, contractors, architects, and corporate clients, ensuring successful project acquisition and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for LED lighting projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, architects, facility managers, and key decision-makers.
- Prepare and deliver technical and commercial presentations to prospective clients.
- Work closely with the design/technical team to propose lighting solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to close project deals profitably.
- Monitor the progress of ongoing projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to support strategy development.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as per company objectives.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for management review.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven sales experience in LED lighting / project sales / electrical solutions.
- Strong network with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders in the lighting industry.
- Technical knowledge of LED lighting products, specifications, and project solutions.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- UAE/GCC experience with a valid driving license (preferred).
