LED Screen Operator – AVL (Audio, Visual & Lighting)

The LED Screen Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and troubleshooting LED screen systems during live events. The role requires technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced event environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, and operate LED screens for live events, conferences, and productions.
• Load, manage, and playback content using media servers and control systems.
• Ensure proper calibration, resolution, and screen alignment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues on-site to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with video directors, lighting engineers, and event producers.
• Maintain and store LED equipment to company standards.
• Follow health and safety protocols during setup and dismantling.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as an LED Screen Operator or in a similar AV technician role.
• Strong understanding of LED technology, video processors, and playback systems.
• Familiarity with media servers (e.g., Resolume, Watchout, Disguise, or similar).
• Ability to work under pressure and solve technical issues quickly.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel for events.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
