The Client Servicing Executive will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless project execution from concept to delivery. This role also includes supporting business development initiatives by identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and contributing to client acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams (AVL, production, creative) to deliver projects successfully.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables in line with client expectations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and business development team to achieve revenue targets.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to represent the company.
- Provide regular reports and feedback on client needs, market trends, and competitor activity.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Events Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in client servicing, account management, or sales within the events/AVL industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines under pressure.
- A proactive, client-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required.
