LED Screen Technician

Role Overview

We are seeking a LED Screen Technician with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in LED screen technology and Novastar systems. The ideal candidate will be involved in installation, programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance of LED screens for both fixed projects and exhibition setups.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Design, install, and configure LED screen systems for permanent and rental solutions.

•⁠ ⁠Work extensively with Novastar processors (TB, VX, and MCTRL series) for screen setup and control.

•⁠ ⁠Configure receiving cards for optimal screen performance.

•⁠ ⁠Provide on-site technical troubleshooting and maintenance for LED screens.

•⁠ ⁠Using ViplexHandy and other CMS systems for Content Management.

•⁠ ⁠Support clients during exhibitions, ensuring smooth setup, calibration, and operation of displays.

•⁠ ⁠Perform preventive maintenance and ensure systems meet quality standards.

•⁠ ⁠Assist senior engineers in large-scale installations and project delivery.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain proper documentation of configurations, installations, and service reports.

Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, AV Technology, or related field (preferred).

•⁠ ⁠1–2 years of experience with LED screen technology, preferably in exhibitions/events.

•⁠ ⁠Practical knowledge of Novastar processors (TB, VX, MCTRL series) and receiving card setup.

•⁠ ⁠Hands on experience of Viplex Express/Handy for Content Management System.

•⁠ ⁠Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to handle technical support calls and perform on-site client assistance.

•⁠ ⁠Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, for exhibitions or urgent maintenance.

•⁠ ⁠Good communication and teamwork skills.
