LEEA Freelance Courses

We are seeking a qualified and experienced LEEA Freelance Instructor to deliver professional training programs in accordance with the standards of the Lifting Equipment Engineers Association (LEEA). The instructor will be responsible for conducting LEEA-accredited courses related to lifting equipment, inspection, safety, and compliance for industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver LEEA-approved training courses to delegates in a clear and professional manner.
• Prepare training materials, presentations, and practical demonstrations in line with LEEA standards.
• Assess participants through examinations, practical assessments, and course evaluations.
• Ensure all training activities comply with LEEA guidelines and safety regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and industry best practices related to lifting equipment and operations.
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance reports, and assessment results.
• Support continuous improvement of training programs and course delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest LEEA standards, regulations, and industry developments.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Certified or approved instructor by the Lifting Equipment Engineers Association (LEEA) or extensive experience in delivering LEEA courses.
• Strong knowledge of lifting equipment, rigging, inspection, and safety practices.
• Proven experience in training, teaching, or instructing technical courses.
• Relevant industry experience in lifting operations, engineering, or inspection.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to conduct both classroom and practical training sessions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• LEEA Diploma or equivalent lifting inspection qualification.
• Experience delivering courses such as lifting equipment inspection, slinging, rigging, and lifting operations.
• Experience working in industries such as oil & gas, construction, or heavy engineering.

Working Arrangement:

• Freelance / per-course basis.
• Training sessions may be conducted on-site at client locations or via online platforms

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Al Khobar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
