Legal Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:

The Legal Back office Support Executive plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office by providing administrative and operational support to legal departments. This role involves handling documentation, data entry, coordination, and other backend tasks that help maintain organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry, maintain records, and manage filing systems.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, packages, etc.).
  • Provide administrative support to legal departments as needed.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on assigned backend tasks.
  • Uphold confidentiality and data security at all times.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 0–2 years in a similar back-office or administrative support role
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Good communication (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, )
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Immediate joiner will be preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
