Job Description

The Ford Agency is actively recruiting for a professional Legal Administrative Assistant to join a large global law firm in their DC office. The Legal Administrative Assistant will support attorneys and work collaboratively with a team of legal administrative assistants to ensure that the attorneys are receiving top notch support! If you have at least 3 years of legal administrative assistant experience in a law firm and are looking to join a top law firm, this could be an excellent role for you!

Responsibilities Include:
  • Collaborate with team of LAAs to ensure that assignments are being handled
  • Schedule client meetings and register Firm guests with the appropriate teams
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel for attorneys
  • Draft and proofread correspondence and other documents
  • Utilize iManage to manage shared documents
  • Assist with other tasks and projects as needed
Qualifications Include:
  • 3+ years of legal administrative experience
  • Professional communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365
  • Experience with InTapp, iManage, and Chrome River preferred

Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
