Legal Administrative Assistant

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operations of the office. This individual should demonstrate high standards, excellent communication skills, and the ability to take initiative and prioritize daily tasks in a fast paced environment. The role requires someone who is proactive, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks while meeting tight deadlines. Success in this multifaceted position will come from the ability to take ownership of responsibilities while maintaining a high level of efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and direct calls with a positive attitude and an energetic work ethic
  • Greet customers and initiate high-quality experiences for all potential clients
  • Provide office guests with a hospitable experience
  • Assist in handling office requests for dial-ins, conference rooms, travel requests, etc.
  • Order office supplies and provide inventory control system
  • Assist with office event decor and coordination - Experience with Canva is a plus


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Must have a car to run errands as needed
