Legal Administrative Assistant

Litwin Kach LLP is seeking a full-time, or near full time, Administrative Assistant to support our legal team in the Chicago area. This role is ideal for a highly detailed oriented individual who can effectively manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and collaborate as part of a team. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal staff
  • Prepare and format documents and signature execution
  • Assist with billing, time entries, expense tracking, and account receivables
  • Work side by side with Operations Manager to keep things running smoothly
  • Maintain office functionality by managing inventory, vender relationships, and collect office mail as needed

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years Administrative experience at a law firm
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
