Legal Assistant

$20 hourly

• Document Management: Scanning, mailing, and printing documents.
• Client Interaction: Greeting clients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
• Scheduling: Assisting with appointment scheduling and calendar management.
• Timekeeping: Clocking schedules for staff and ensuring accurate time records.
• Office Maintenance: Keeping the office clean and organized.
• Administrative Support: Performing various administrative tasks to support the office’s daily operations.

• Education: Fresh graduates or current college students, preferably in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Legal Studies).
• Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Experience: Prior experience in a law firm or office setting is a plus, but not required.
• Attributes: Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn and grow in a professional setting.
• Bilingual: Is a plus! but not required.
