Miller Johnson, a rapidly growing Midwest law firm known for its entrepreneurial spirit, down‑to‑earth culture, and deep-rooted commitment to the communities we serve, is seeking a skilled Legal Administrative Assistant (LAA). As a LAA you will be a proactive case partner to timekeepers, owning the administrative workflow that supports the efficient delivery of legal services within the M&A and Corporate Practice Group. This role drives the day-to-day administrative coordination of client and matter activity ensuring deadlines are met, documentation is accurate, and operations run smoothly. You will serve as a central point of organization and follow-through consistently anticipating needs, managing competing priorities, and ensuring continuity of support for timekeepers.

The expected salary range for this position is $28-$50 per hour and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s practice group.
