- Maintain a well-organized digital archive of all departmental and project-related documents.
- Scan, label, and organize property files, ensuring separate digital folders are maintained for each property.
- Coordinate with contractors to collect project drawings, approvals, and related documentation.
- Assist in drafting, formatting, and reviewing official letters, applications, and correspondence.
- Visit external offices (such as DC Office, SBCA, FBR, KMC, etc.) to submit documents, follow up on cases, and track progress.
- Keep accurate records of all submissions, receipts, acknowledgments, and follow-up notes.
- Ensure proper filing, documentation, and data organization for quick and easy retrieval.
- Coordinate between internal departments to maintain smooth communication and documentation workflow.
- Support the team in handling basic legal documentation, property-related paperwork, and compliance tasks (training will be provided).
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive documents responsibly.
Qualification Requirements:
- Minimum Intermediate / FA / FSC / I.Com (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory).
- Basic understanding of documentation, office procedures, and field-related tasks.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PDF handling, scanning, digital file management).
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to visit external offices and learn legal/administrative processes.
- Ability to work responsibly with attention to detail.
