We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative to the legal department, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company and legal standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and organize legal documents and contracts.
  • Maintain and update case files, records, and databases.
  • Coordinate with external law firms, government entities, and internal departments.
  • Manage documentation related to company licenses, renewals, and regulatory filings.
  • Assist in drafting letters, agreements, and correspondence.
  • Schedule meetings, hearings, and appointments for the legal team.
  • Support the legal and compliance functions with research and documentation as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of UAE legal procedures and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and document management systems.
  • Fluent in Arabic (English is an advantage).
