As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Administrator to join our in-house Legal Department in Dubai.
Role Overview
The Legal Administrator will provide administrative and operational support to the Legal Department, with responsibilities including contract administration, document management, execution coordination, compliance tracking, and maintenance of legal records across multiple jurisdictions.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive early-career professional with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage legal processes within a fast-paced international environment. Key Responsibilities Legal Administration & Document Management
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical legal filing systems for contracts, corporate records, and legal documentation.
- Manage document storage and organization within cloud-based systems, including Zoho and other internal platforms.
- Prepare execution packs and maintain executed agreement registers and trackers.
- Coordinate contract execution processes in line with internal approval procedures and company policies.
- Administer and monitor Docusign workflows and execution status.
Contract & Compliance Support
- Review and update template agreements and basic commercial contracts using approved templates and precedents.
- Identify and extract key contractual terms including but not limited liability clauses, termination provisions, governing law and jurisdiction, notice requirements, renewal and expiration dates.
- Support subsidiary management activities and assist with corporate documentation across multiple international jurisdictions.
- Maintain trackers for registrations, renewals, licenses, and corporate actions.
Administrative Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Legal Department.
- Assist with scheduling, correspondence, document preparation, and coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in handling legal and corporate documentation.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in legal administration, contracts administration, legal assistant roles, document control administrative support OR Bachelor's Degree in Law or related discipline with demonstrable administrative experience.
- Strong organizational and document management capabilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cloud-based document management systems.
- Experience using Docusign, Zoho, contract management or document management systems is preferred.
- Exposure to commercial contracts or legal support functions.
- Previous experience within aviation, travel, hospitality, multinational or international business environments.
- Basic understanding of commercial contract terminology and legal structures.
