Legal Adviser - El-Fujairah, UAE

We are looking for a qualified Legal Adviser to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. The preferred candidate should be of Pakistani nationality and should be fluent in English. This is a part-time position with visa sponsorship provided.

The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of the law and be an experienced professional with great communication and problem-solving skills. You must also have the ability to interpret legal documents and advise clients accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support to clients
• Analyze legal documents such as contracts, agreements, regulations, etc.
• Draft, review and negotiate legal documents including contracts
• Monitor changes in relevant legislation and keep up to date with developments in the legal field
• Represent clients in court proceedings
• Research legal matters related to the organization's operations
• Advise on corporate governance issues such as transparency regulations and board member responsibilities
• Provide guidance on compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Liaise with external lawyers when required

Qualifications

• Fluent in English
• Part-time availability with visa sponsorship provided
• Relevant law degree and professional experience
