Overview

Legal Advisor - Experience Saudi Lawyer - In house. One of Saudi Arabia's Largest Financial Entities / Banks. Between 5 to 8 years professional experience.

Leap29 have been given an assignment to seek an experienced Saudi Banking Lawyer for a position in Riyadh. The role in question is within the legal department of one of the largest Commercial Banks in the KSA.

Responsibilities

• Develop a thorough and current understanding of international and local law
• Provide legal input and advice for all operations, transactions and agreements in their specified field of operation/locations
• Ensure the legal documentation is in place to support all transactions
• Develop close collaborative ties with international firms to ensure transfer of state of the art technology and best legal practice to the business.
• Liaise with external legal counsel and advisors as required.
• Provide management information to the Head of Legal on a periodic and ad hoc basis.

Qualifications

• Banking Lawyers will have been educated in Saudi Arabia and should have gained further education at a recognized university. Ideally this will have come from the US or the UK, but a Saudi LLM holder will also be considered.
• This is a mid-level position and ideally candidates will have several years' exposure to high profile banking matters in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Therefore candidates will have between 5 to 8 years professional experience within the banking & finance field.

Salary

The salary for such a position is ranging from $85,000 to $120,000
