Legal Advisor

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced female Arabic-speaking Legal Advisor with a strong background in government or semi-government entities. The ideal candidate will provide strategic legal counsel, ensure compliance with UAE federal and local legislation, and support the development of regulatory frameworks that align with the nation’s strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice on federal and local laws.
• Review and draft contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Represent the organization in legal matters with government bodies.
• Ensure compliance of policies, procedures, and frameworks with UAE legislation.
• Monitor legal changes and assess their impact on operations.
• Oversee dispute resolution, mediations, and legal conflicts.

Requirements

• Female candidate (Arabic speaker – mandatory).
• Experience working with government or semi-government organisations.
• Master’s degree in Law or equivalent; licensed legal practitioner.
• Minimum 10–15 years of legal experience, including management exposure.
• Strong expertise in regulatory or educational law preferred.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
