  • Conduct legal research and prepare summaries or briefs on regulatory updates impacting the FinTech sector.
  • Support dispute resolution and claims handling under supervision of the Head of Legal.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law; LLB or equivalent from a recognized institution (Master’s or LPC is an advantage).
  • 3–6 years of experience in a corporate, commercial, or regulatory legal role within a FinTech, PSP, or financial services environment.
  • Solid understanding of UAE company law, commercial contracts, and data protection frameworks.
  • Familiarity with UAE Central Bank, DFSA, ADGM, or VARA regulations is a strong advantage.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Proactive, ethical, and adaptable mindset, comfortable working in a growing, cross-border business.
