Legal Advisor

Company Overview:

Etihad National is a dynamic and fast growing company. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Advisor to join our team.

Position Overview:

As the Legal Advisor, you will play a key role in providing strategic legal advice and guidance to support the company's operations and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising on company law matters.
• Managing any dispute arising out of the business; familiarity with UAE Court litigation and UAE arbitration processes is an advantage;
• Dealing with general day-to-day legal matters, including procurement, software licensing, professional services, employment, financing/treasury and real estate.

Legal Advisory:

• Provide expert legal counsel on a broad range of matters, including contracts, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, employment law, and corporate governance.

Contract Negotiation and Drafting:

• Negotiate, draft, and review a variety of contracts, agreements, and legal documents to protect the interests of the company.

Risk Management:

• Identify potential legal risks and propose strategies for risk mitigation. Work proactively to prevent legal issues that may arise in the course of business.

Policy Development:

• Contribute to the development and enhancement of company policies, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Law
• A must Minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing attorney within the UAE, with a focus on legal consultancy.
• Strong negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to adapt to changes in legal environments and regulations.
• Proficient in English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
