Legal Advisor

We are a Staffing, Recruitment, and Construction firm seeking a Legal Advisor to handle contract management, compliance, and labor law disputes.

Total Salary = 6000 - 7500 SAR depending upon experience (Inclusive of Accomodation, Transport)

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and review employment contracts, recruitment agreements, and construction subcontractor agreements.
• Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law and local regulations.
• Handle legal disputes, labor office cases, and governmental correspondence.
• Advise management on legal risks regarding staffing and construction projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
• Proven experience in KSA (preferably in Recruitment or Contracting/Construction).
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law & Commercial Law.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (Spoken & Written).
• Based in Dammam or willing to relocate.

Pay: ﷼6,000.00 - ﷼7,500.00 per month
