A leading technology organisation in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Legal Advisor to join its leadership team. This is a strategic role, providing legal guidance and risk management across a wide range of business activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial contracts and agreements to protect the organisation's interests.
• Provide legal and regulatory advice to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.
• Implement and oversee compliance and governance frameworks across operations.
• Identify potential legal risks and recommend practical mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Operations to align business and legal objectives.
• Keep abreast of legislative changes and assess their impact on policies and processes.
• Support and mentor junior members of the legal team.

Requirements

• 8+ years' experience in corporate or commercial law, preferably within multinational or technology-focused organisations.
• Bachelor's degree in Law.
• Strong knowledge of UAE and regional laws, with the ability to translate legal concepts into actionable business advice.
