JJob Title: Legal Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and organized Legal Manager with strong knowledge of UAE labor and corporate laws. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing legal matters, providing administrative and clerical legal support, and ensuring full compliance with applicable laws. This role requires strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
The candidate should also be well-versed in UAE company law and capable of effectively applying it to protect the organization from legal risks. Additionally, the role requires staying updated on regulatory changes across multiple jurisdictions and proactively advising the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft contracts, legal submissions, and provide authoritative legal opinions in line with UAE labor and corporate laws
Analyze legal issues and develop effective legal strategies
Independently manage litigation, contract management, and dispute resolution
Ensure compliance with UAE corporate legal requirements and legislation
Review legal documents, identify risks, and recommend appropriate solutions
Communicate legal risks clearly to stakeholders and suggest mitigation strategies
Maintain relationships with external legal advisors and consultants
Handle legal administrative processes including:
Visa renewal and new visa processing (DMCC portal)
Trade license issuance and renewal
KSA business visa applications
Apply UAE company law effectively to safeguard the organization from legal risks
Monitor and track changes in laws, regulations, and policies across departments and countries
Collect and analyze real-time legal, tax, financial, and labor law information and provide timely updates to management
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Law (Mandatory)
2–5 years of in-house UAE legal experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, corporate law, and company law
Experience in handling DMCC portal processes
Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to gather real-time regulatory updates and provide proactive legal guidance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English (Arabic preferred)
Strong communication skills are essential
