Legal Executive - Arabic Speaking

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate who has a legal background combined with a strong interest and aptitude in Information Technology. The successful candidate will support both legal and technology-related functions, contributing to compliance, digital initiatives, and data management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in reviewing, drafting, and organizing legal documents and contracts
• Support legal compliance, regulatory filings, and corporate documentation
• Collaborate with IT teams on legal tech tools, systems, and platforms
• Maintain and manage digital records and document management systems
• Conduct basic legal research and prepare summaries or reports
• Provide administrative support to legal department

Requirements:

• Arab national
• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related legal qualification
• Fresh graduate (0–1 year of experience)
• Strong understanding or demonstrated interest in Information Technology
• Basic knowledge of legal systems, compliance, and corporate law principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with legal tech tools is a plus
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to legal tech platforms or document management systems
• Bilingual (Arabic & English) is highly desirable
