Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal with a strong background in project-related legal work to join our Legal team. This role is critical in supporting legal operations related to contract management, regulatory compliance, and project documentation for high-value, multi-phase initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, draft, and manage a wide range of project-related legal documents, including contracts, NDAs, MOUs, and service agreements
- Conduct legal research on regulations, licensing, zoning, and other compliance matters relevant to project execution
- Monitor and support the contract lifecycle from negotiation to execution and renewal
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Project Managers, Procurement, Finance) to align legal documentation with project goals
- Maintain organized project files and legal databases
- Assist in due diligence, audits, and risk assessments for project development and execution
- Provide administrative and procedural support to attorneys and legal advisors during project planning and implementation
Qualifications:
- Paralegal certification or degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field
- Owned Visa
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably with focus on construction, infrastructure, engineering, or corporate projects
- Strong understanding of legal principles and contractual terms applicable to project development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and document management software; familiarity with legal research tools is a plus
Preferred:
- Experience working in cross-functional project teams
- Knowledge of environmental, zoning, or construction regulations
- Experience with international or multi-jurisdictional project documentation
