Legal Advisor cum HR (Female Only)

Job Purpose:

To manage HR operations and provide legal guidance to ensure compliance with labor laws and smooth organizational functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise management on legal/HR issues and resolve employee grievances.
• Liaise with government bodies and external legal consultants.
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
• Handle Employee leave, and employee relations.

Qualifications:

• LLB/LLM with HR knowledge/experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in HR & Legal functions.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, contracts, and HR practices.
• Excellent communication and confidentiality skills.
• Employment Type: Full-Time
