Role Overview

We are seeking a Legal professionals with hands-on experience in payments, digital lending, and fintech to support regulatory, product, and commercial matters. The role will partner closely with business, compliance, and product teams to enable compliant growth across the UAE and broader region.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on legal and regulatory requirements for payment services, digital wallets, BNPL, and consumer lending products.
• Support licensing, regulatory filings, and engagement with financial regulators.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (merchant, partner, vendor, and platform terms).
• Provide legal input on new product launches, features, and cross-border initiatives.
• Manage consumer protection, data privacy, and outsourcing considerations.
• Coordinate with external counsel and support internal policy development.
  
  

Requirements

• 2–7 years of post-qualification experience in fintech, payments, lending, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of financial services regulation, payment systems, and consumer finance frameworks.
• Experience with commercial contracts and product advisory.
• Qualified lawyer with strong academic credentials.
