We’re Hiring – Legal Advisor (Specialist in Real Estate Experience with Sales procedures)

Position: Legal Advisor – Male (Real Estate – Arab National)
Location: Doha, Qatar
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: Competitive

Responsibilities:

• A strong understanding of sales contracts, property registration processes, and real estate documentation procedures is essential
• Provide legal guidance on real estate sales, leasing, and property-related matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, MOUs, lease agreements, and sale deeds.
• Advise management on legal risks, compliance, and Qatar’s real estate laws.
• Liaise with government departments, legal entities, and stakeholders.
• Handle litigation and disputes related to real estate operations.
• Stay updated with local property laws & regulations.
• Knowledge of establishing new companies/branches is a plus.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB), Master’s or specialization in Real Estate Law preferred.
• 3–5 years of legal experience in real estate/property law.
• In-depth knowledge of Qatar’s real estate laws, ownership structures, and property transaction procedures.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation & legal research skills.
• Bilingual (Arabic & English preferred).

• Must be an Arab National.

• Currently based in Qatar with a valid QID
• Immediate availability
