Senior Advocate

NUMBER OF VACANCIES:

JOB SUMMARY:

The Senior Advocate will be responsible for handling complex legal matters related to real estate, property development, and corporate affairs. The role involves representing the company before courts and legal authorities, providing legal opinions, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Representing the company before courts, tribunals, and other legal authorities.

Handling litigation and non-litigation matters.

Drafting and vetting agreements, contracts, and legal notices.

Providing legal advice on real estate transactions and regulatory compliance.

Coordinating with internal departments on legal documentation.

Managing dispute resolution and settlement processes.

Ensuring compliance with property laws and corporate regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,913.62 - ₹54,365.76 per month
