Senior Lawyer - Litigation

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle litigation matters independently from initiation to closure.
• Draft legal documents, including plaints, written statements, petitions, affidavits, rejoinders, notices, and other legal pleadings.
• File cases, applications, and responses in courts and tribunals as per procedural laws.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including arguing cases before District Courts, High Courts, and other relevant forums.
• Coordinate with clients, court staff, and opposing counsel.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies.
• Keep track of case updates, court dates, and ensure timely compliance.
• Maintain proper documentation and case records.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• LL.B. from a recognized university.
• Minimum 4 - 8 years of hands-on litigation experience.
• Strong command over civil, Family and criminal litigation.
• Excellent drafting and oral advocacy skills.
• Familiarity with court procedures and e-filing systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
