Legal and Admin Manager

Legal Responsibilities

Ø Land Acquisition & Due Diligence:

  • Identifying, evaluating, and validating suitable land parcels across various states for projects.
  • Conducting title verification and comprehensive due diligence.
  • Managing all registration processes, including mutation and land use changes with government authorities.
  • Liaising with regulatory and government agencies (Panchayat, Zila Parishad, Development Authorities) to obtain necessary approvals and clearances.

Ø Contract Management:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal documents such as sale deeds, MOUs, lease deeds, and service agreements.
  • Ensuring all contracts and agreements are legally compliant and protect the company's interests.

Ø Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Monitoring changes in relevant laws and regulations (e.g., RERA, real estate laws) and updating internal policies accordingly.
  • Identifying and mitigating legal risks associated with business operations.
  • Assisting with internal audits and ensuring compliance with corporate governance standards.

Ø Litigation Support:

  • Managing and resolving land-related disputes and litigations.
  • Coordinating with external legal counsel when necessary for specialized matters or court proceedings.

Administrative Responsibilities

Ø Document & Records Management:

  • Maintaining and organizing a large volume of legal files, records, and databases (both physical and electronic).
  • Ensuring all documentation is accurate and securely stored.

Ø Coordination & Scheduling:

  • Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the legal team or executives.
  • Coordinating communication between the legal department and other internal departments (HR, Finance, and Procurement).

Ø General Office Support:

  • Handling correspondence, including emails and official letters.
  • Assisting with the processing of invoices, managing departmental budgets, and tracking expenses.
  • Providing general support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the legal department and office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
