Legal & EPR Compliance Executive
- We are looking for a Legal & EPR Compliance Executive with a Corporate Law background who will handle non-litigation work and manage end-to-end EPR responsibilities along with client coordination and documentation.
- Handle EPR SIMP clients and provide complete support to PIBO clients through on-call consultation, guidance, data preparation, purchase-sale records, and registration assistance.
- Maintain and update all client documents, certificates, registrations, and compliance trackers while ensuring regular follow-ups and client-wise status updates.
- Prepare, review, and manage legal documents including Agreements, MoUs, NDAs, vendor forms, RTIs, and other corporate documentation.
- Draft replies, formal letters, and government communication for clients regarding any EPR notices, queries, objections, or compliance-related issues.
- Manage trademark updates, tender submissions, bidding documentation, proposals, notices, and all supporting legal and compliance papers.
- Conduct research on EPR guidelines, government rules, industry updates, blogs, articles, and regulatory changes to ensure accurate knowledge and compliance.
- Verify and approve EPR-related data/content prepared by the digital marketing team to ensure accuracy before publishing.
- Share guideline updates, circulars, government notifications, and compliance alerts with teams and clients, broadcast important EPR updates regularly.
- Manage and update all government portals like Udhampur portal, XGN (for CTO work), IEMS portal, and other EPR/SIMP-related systems.
- Prepare presentations, case studies, proposal decks, webinar content, and conduct internal content audits related to EPR.
- Maintain thorough documentation of all letters, notices, filings, submissions, client communications, contracts, and compliance reports.
- Coordinate with government authorities, recyclers, PROs, compliance officers, vendors, and external agencies for smooth EPR and legal operations.
- Track changes in EPR rules and ensure timely communication of new guidelines to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure accuracy, professionalism, and timeliness in all compliance work, documentation, and client support.
Note:
This is strictly a non-litigation role.
Candidate must have specialization in Corporate Law with strong expertise in drafting, documentation, compliance, and regulatory coordination.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
