Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Legal Intern position located in Goregaon. The role involves assisting the legal tech team in developing, enhancing, and implementing contract management solutions. Key responsibilities include researching legal technologies, supporting data aggregation and analysis, managing templates and workflows in the CLM system, and ensuring effective client interaction. The intern will work closely with cross-functional teams, including technology and legal professionals, to provide innovative solutions to enterprise customers. On-the-job training will be provided to enhance technical and professional skills.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of legal processes, contract structures, and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in data management, research, and analysis
• Technical aptitude and familiarity with software solutions for contract management and legal operations
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with clients and team members
• Ability to work independently within an on-site team environment
• Bachelor’s or ongoing studies in Law, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or related fields
• Knowledge of digital transformation or prior internships in legal technology is an added advantage
