Legal Assistant

Atlas Controls (Pvt) Limited is a private engineering company involved in providing equipment and services to industries in Pakistan.

This position of Legal Assistant has the following prerequisites:

1. Qualified LLB as a minimum, further / higher qualification is an added qualification

2. Minimum 3 years active corporate law experience and familiar with business practices

3. Good interpersonal communication skills. Good command over written and spoken English

4. Completely familiar and updated with the latest court procedures and regular proceedings

5. Strong organisational skills

6. Good command over MS Office applications

7. High level of discretion, integrity and professionalism

• Corporate legal practice : 3 years (Preferred)
