Our Client is seeking a Legal Assistant with experience—or strong interest—in plaintiff-side medical malpractice to support their growing team in West Palm Beach. Compensation:

• Competitive salary: $70,000 - $90,000 annually based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and prepare legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence
• Manage case files from pre-suit through litigation
• Schedule depositions, hearings, and expert consultations
• Handle discovery, including medical records and expert reports
• Maintain calendars, deadlines, and case timelines
• Assist in trial preparation and trial logistics
• Communicate professionally with clients, medical providers, and court personnel

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a legal assistant or paralegal; medical malpractice or complex litigation preferred
• Strong organizational and case management skills
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional communication skills and client-service mindset
• Proficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office Suite
