Are you looking for a fulfilling, challenging role where the days fly by and you're never bored? Our growing practice is seeking an experienced legal assistant or paralegal. 2:1 ratio.

The right candidate will be able to work independently, be organized, and able to prioritize. Exceptional, empathetic interpersonal skills are imperative. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Sharepoint, Teams, Planner, and Outlook is helpful.

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Grand Rapids, MI. The Legal Assistant / Paralegal will be responsible for scheduling, tracking medical record and lien requests, assisting attorneys preparing legal documents, reviewing and managing case documents, and effectively communicating with clients and legal team members. The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic legal environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in a personal injury law firm (plaintiff or defense) is required
• Experience in Law and Legal Document Preparation
• Strong Communication skills
• Proficiency in Research and Document Review
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
