WHO YOU ARE:

• Completely bilingual in English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking)
• Strong professional communications skills
• Great attention to detail
• Keen organization and prioritization skills to handle a large caseload efficiently
• Dynamic and adaptable- pushing yourself and others to improve every day
• Team oriented and collaborative spirit
• Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Prior immigration law experience preferred

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• This is an IN-PERSON position, Monday - Friday
• Translate between English and Spanish verbally and in writing as needed
• Follows up with clients on deadlines, creates new deadlines for clients and

schedules document drop off appointments as needed

• Gather and organize information and documentation from clients as needed
• Keeps clients informed by maintaining consistent contact, communicating case

progress clearly and efficiently with clients, Paralegals and Attorneys.

• Keeps cases organized by establishing and organizing files; monitoring

calendars; prioritizing daily and weekly tasks to meet deadlines;
documenting actions; inputting information into firm software and document
management systems is a priority; confirming case status with Paralegals,
attorneys and clients.

• Maintains case costs by verifying outstanding balances with Paralegals, attorneys

and clients

• File scanning
• Processes Records request

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
