Duties and Responsibilities:
Primary Duties: This position includes data entry. Opening insurance claims, sending out letters of representation, on behalf of our clients, collecting all initial information relative to the claim and applying it into our system. Requesting police reports and applying them to the system accordingly.
This position also entails speaking to clients in order to obtain certain case information when necessary.
Any other administrative duties / projects delegated from attorneys or staff.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure cohesive teamwork.
