Job Objective
The employee is responsible for preparing and reviewing contracts and agreements, providing legal advice, and following up on cases and litigation procedures in which the club is a party. The role also includes conducting administrative investigations, reviewing grievances and complaints, developing and updating internal policies, managing legal risks, preparing and reviewing drafts of new regulations and bylaws, and providing legal support to the club’s committees.
Responsibilities

Reviewing and preparing contracts and agreements, and proposing necessary amendments to ensure their legal validity.

Preparing standardized contract templates used by the club in its transactions.

Drafting and reviewing legal memoranda (responses and objections) and submitting them to the relevant authorities.

Managing legal cases, including archiving judgements, analyzing them, following up on their implementation, and communicating the outcomes to the concerned departments.

Coordinating with lawyers and the club’s representatives to ensure effective legal representation before judicial authorities.

Negotiating amicable settlements of disputes to safeguard the club’s rights and reduce costs.

Conducting investigations into administrative and regulatory violations, recommending appropriate penalties, and following up on their implementation.

Reviewing policies and administrative decisions to ensure their compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Receiving, processing, and following up on complaints and grievances.

Developing the legal governance framework and reviewing committee decisions and formation mechanisms.

Enhancing compliance with laws and regulations, identifying legal risks, and proposing appropriate mitigation measures.

Preparing and updating compliance and risk registers, and monitoring the status of governance and compliance within the club.

Preparing periodic legal reports related to cases, governance, and compliance, and submitting them to the relevant authorities.

Providing legal training and workshops to club staff to enhance legal awareness and institutional performance.

Required Education

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or an equivalent field is required.
