Personal Injury Legal Assistant
Location: MAS Law – Richardson, Texas Branch

Job Overview:
MAS Law, a well-established and rapidly growing law firm, is seeking 2 experienced and highly motivated Personal Injury Legal Assistant to join our Litigation team at our Richardson, Texas branch. This is a full-time position offering long-term growth and advancement opportunities within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities & Required Skills:

• Minimum 1 years of experience handling the full personal injury litigation process
• Proficient in preparing and drafting motions, pleadings, and discovery
• Familiarity with 18.001 affidavits and DWQs
• Strong organizational skills to track all case deadlines and court filings
• Experience scheduling hearings, mediations, depositions, and other litigation events
• Comfortable handling court filings and service of process for opposing parties
• Able to assist in trial and deposition preparation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with clients, courts, opposing counsel, experts, and mediators
• Strong customer service mindset with exceptional attention to detail and work ethic
• Prior experience with NEOS software is preferred
