Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
  • Provide legal advice to management and departments.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage disputes, legal notices, and coordinate with external counsel.
  • Support HR with employment law and policy matters.
  • Monitor legal developments and recommend necessary changes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B), LL.M preferred.
  • Licensed to practice law.
  • 1-2 years of corporate legal experience.
  • Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
