Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal Assistant located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Legal Assistant will handle day-to-day legal and administrative tasks, including preparing and reviewing legal documents, assisting with case research, organizing and maintaining case files, and providing general administrative support to the legal team. The role requires effective communication with clients, lawyers, and other stakeholders, as well as adherence to deadlines and accurate task execution.

Qualifications:

Solid understanding and knowledge of Law and Legal Assistants responsibilities.

Experience with Legal Document Preparation and drafting legal correspondence.

Exceptional Communication skills (Bilingual-Arabic & English), both written and verbal, to coordinate with clients and team members effectively.

Strong Administrative Assistance expertise, including organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in case management and legal research tools is a plus.

Attention to detail with the ability to ensure accuracy in sensitive legal information and documents.

Prior experience in a legal firm or equivalent in UAE is mandatory.

Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
