About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 16 years of education and come from a diverse academic background. This role requires strong communication skills, organizational ability, and confidence in using modern technology, including AI tools, in a professional environment.
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Draft and format legal documents, letters, and correspondence
- Conduct basic legal research and prepare summaries
- Organize case files and maintain digital records
- Assist with client communication and appointment scheduling
- Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft tools
- Use AI tools responsibly to support research, drafting, and administrative tasks
- Perform general administrative duties as required
Requirements
- Minimum 16 years of education (Bachelor’s degree required; law background preferred but not mandatory)
- Excellent written and spoken English fluency
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with the professional use of AI tools (e.g., drafting assistance, research support)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
