Position

We are seeking candidates with professional office experience in a structured, administrative, or legal-support environment. The Legal Assistant will work under the guidance of a paralegal and an attorney. Experience in retail, hospitality, or other non-professional environments will not meet the requirements for this role.

We are looking for a candidate who is interested in a long-term position and who values stability in their career. This role is best suited for someone seeking to grow with our team rather than those pursuing short-term or transitional employment. Consistent work history and a demonstrated commitment to previous roles are strongly preferred. Please note that this is an in-office role, and remote work arrangements are not available.

Key Responsibilities

• Process detailed paperwork
• Prepare legal documents

Requirements

• Some college or an equivalent combination of experience and training
• Professional office experience
• Highly proficient in MS Office, especially MS Word
