Position Overview:
This is an entry-level position with significant growth potential. You’ll work directly with attorneys, gaining hands-on experience in personal injury litigation and case management.

We’re not just hiring for a position—we’re looking for someone who wants to build a career and eventually help run the firm’s operations.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese (required)
• Strong verbal communication skills – confident and personable on the phone
• Strong writing skills (templates and guidance will be provided)
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
• Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful
• “Hustler” mentality – street smart, problem-solver, and persistent
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients regularly and provide case updates
• Assist clients in coordinating and managing medical treatment
• Draft legal documents, including:
• Demand packages
• Complaints and litigation documents
• Discovery (requests, responses, and organization of evidence)
• File lawsuits and legal documents with courts
• Coordinate service of process
• Manage case files and maintain accurate records
• Track deadlines and manage the firm’s master calendar
• Handle administrative and clerical tasks as needed
• Assist attorneys with day-to-day case management and operations
