Job Summary

Notaria 31 Tabasco Qatar Branch is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to support legal operations through document preparation, case coordination, administrative support, and client communication.

The ideal candidate will assist lawyers and legal professionals in maintaining organized legal records, preparing documentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and organize legal documents and correspondence
• Maintain and update legal files, contracts, and records
• Assist with case preparation and legal documentation
• Conduct basic legal research and gather supporting information
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and legal schedules
• Communicate with clients regarding documentation and follow-ups
• Handle confidential legal information with professionalism
• Support filing and administrative legal procedures
• Track deadlines and ensure timely submission of documents
• Assist lawyers and legal staff with daily operational tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Legal Studies, Law, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in legal administration or office support preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a law firm or legal office
• Familiarity with legal terminology and documentation processes
• Knowledge of contract handling and legal filing systems
• Experience in GCC legal or corporate environments is an advantage
