Job Vacancies – Abu Dhabi (Full-Time)

A holding group in Abu Dhabi is hiring for the following positions:

  • Legal Assistant
  • Secretary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and organizing documents and correspondence
  • Managing files and administrative follow-ups
  • Coordinating with internal and external entities
  • Supporting management in day-to-day operations

Requirements:

  • Female candidate
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience (legal experience is preferred)
  • Fluency in Arabic and English
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Good conduct and behavior
  • No prior convictions involving dishonesty or breach of trust, unless rehabilitated

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree is not required for candidates with legal experience
  • A higher education qualification is required for candidates without relevant experience
