Role Description

This is a full-time Legal Assistant role located in Grandville, MI, In this role, you will provide essential administrative and legal support to attorneys. Responsibilities include preparing legal documents, maintaining files, scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and ensuring compliance with deadlines. You will communicate with clients, draft documentation, and perform additional administrative duties to support the smooth functioning of legal operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Law and Legal Assistants family of knowledge, with basic understanding of legal principles and processes.
• Experience with Legal Document Preparation and strong attention to detail in ensuring document accuracy and compliance.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with clients, attorneys, and team members.
• Strong Administrative Assistance capabilities, including organizational skills, time management, and task prioritization.
• Proficiency with legal software, document management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and manage multiple competing priorities.
